Okeh Mighty Okechukwu is a Nigerian technology professional, entrepreneur, and IT specialist with extensive experience in digital services, technical support, and computer engineering. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MOC Beacon Technologies and also the Founder of Mighty O Business Enterprise, two technology-focused ventures dedicated to providing reliable IT solutions, digital services, and technical support to businesses and individuals.

Born on 1st August 1992 in Imo State, Nigeria, Okeh developed a strong passion for technology at an early age. Over the years, he has built a solid career in information technology by combining practical technical skills with real-world industry experience. His work focuses on helping organizations and small businesses adopt technology solutions that improve productivity, strengthen digital presence, and support business growth.

Okeh’s professional background spans more than a decade in the technology field. He has worked across different roles in computer engineering and IT support, gaining hands-on experience in system troubleshooting, network maintenance, technical support operations, and digital service delivery.

He previously worked as an IT Support Expert at Jumia Nigeria from 2022 to 2026, where he provided technical support to users, maintained network infrastructure, and ensured the smooth operation of IT systems. His responsibilities included managing user access permissions, supporting telephony and communication systems, maintaining IT documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal security and data protection standards.

Before joining Jumia, he worked as a Computer Engineer at Goldenlinks Computers between 2014 and 2018, where he specialized in laptop and desktop repairs, client technical support, and the implementation of network and security systems. Earlier in his career, he also worked with Sunnytech Computers from 2013 to 2014, providing technical assistance, diagnosing computer issues, and installing operating systems and essential software for clients.

Through these experiences, Okeh gained deep technical expertise in computer engineering, IT infrastructure, and customer-focused technical support.

As an entrepreneur, Okeh founded Mighty O Business Enterprise, a technology service business that provides a wide range of digital and IT services. These include website development, graphics design, computer sales and repair, Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) business registration services, and digital support solutions for small businesses. Through this business, he has supported many entrepreneurs and organizations in building their digital presence and improving their technology infrastructure.

He also leads MOC Beacon Technologies, where he focuses on delivering broader technology solutions including web development, graphics design, CCTV installation, IT support services, and other digital technology solutions for businesses and institutions.

Okeh’s technical expertise covers a wide range of areas including website development, graphics design, laptop and desktop engineering, technical troubleshooting, network maintenance, IT security practices, remote desktop support, documentation and reporting, IT ticketing systems, and customer-focused technical support. He is also proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and is experienced in using enterprise support tools such as ManageEngine for remote IT support.
